Education WorkAmanda gained a post-graduate certificate in education from London University. Having completed her teaching practice in a tough, inner-London school she moved back to Norfolk and has since taught Art & Design and Creative Writing.
She lectures in Art & Design and Creative Writing in FE and HE at Norwich City College and Anglia Ruskin University. Amanda also teaches for the Norfolk Museums Service, where she uses the collections as a starting point for art and creative writing projects, for learners from primary years to MA level. Most recently she has taught Creative Writing in-store at John Lewis and led the Stories from the Quarter workshops at the National Centre for Writing. |
